夜上海论坛　　今天，我们上了一节体育公开课。上课时，旁边坐的全是校长。我显得有点儿紧张，心想：这如果被老师点名出列了，那可不成”校红‘’。今天的.课有点有所不同，我看到今天居然要跳高跨栏。首先老师先给我们了一个气球叫我们两人一组顶气球。顶起来感觉还挺好玩的，虽然有点幼稚。老师叫我们去跳高了，我才知道为什么叫我们顶气球，跳高就像顶气球。我们排队跨栏，该我了，我使出了我的绝技拼命护住脸，摔下去脸不就残废了吗？咦？我跳过来了，我开始觉得很简单，结果.....我跳的另一次时我居然摔着脸了，啊!我的脸啊!坑!我以后还是拼命护住脸好了。
